RELIGIONALISM ; A NECESSARY ACT?

One of the issues that have surprisingly plagued the world is religion, which is supposed to be a tool that promotes peace. Religion for one has caused division, chaos and even war among the people of the world.

What is the problem, why does it cause division? Most people tend to think that his or her own religion is the right and the true God`s ordained one which is wrong because everyone is free to his or her own opinion or views.  Furthermore some leaders and followers pass the wrong message due to lack of understanding of their references that is holy books or foundational religion custom. While some people, might be covering up their wicked acts by using their religion as an excuse.

Is there a way forward? People should learn to accept everybody no matter the religion they practice and leave the judgment to God. Furthermore people should find time to learn, read and understand their references. Followers of the same religion should also learn discourage their colleagues who indulge in religion discrimination.

In conclusion, if these can be achieved, then the world would definitely be a better and peaceful place for everyone.
